Whistleblower Report: The Downfall of SCTPN
By Tray Lover, Former Employee of SCTPN
The Sickle Cell Thalassemia Patients Network (SCTPN) is an organization that was meant to serve the sickle cell community, providing essential resources, support, and care to patients in need. However, my firsthand experience as an employee revealed a different reality—one of financial mismanagement, unethical leadership, and a failure to truly prioritize the well-being of those the organization was created to serve.
In my YouTube exposé, The Downfall of SCTPN, I share crucial details about the misappropriation of funds, the lack of accountability within the organization, and the reasons behind my wrongful termination by Teresa Ginger Davis, the President of SCTPN. My dismissal came shortly after I began questioning the discrepancies in how funds were allocated—money that was supposed to directly benefit sickle cell patients.
Instead of ensuring that these funds were used for patient care, I witnessed gross financial mismanagement and a failure to uphold the organization’s mission. In my whistleblower report, I provide evidence and insight into the reality of SCTPN’s operations, shedding light on the misuse of resources and the leadership’s negligence.
The sickle cell community deserves better. Patients and their families put their trust in organizations like SCTPN, believing they will receive the support they need. However, when leaders prioritize their own interests over the people they claim to serve, it is our duty to speak out.

Transparency, accountability, and justice for the sickle cell community must be the priority. It’s time for real change.
